All the multiverses are colliding together. It may not be apparent at first, but somehow, the walls between each reality are collapsing, making verse-travel so easy, it can even happen accidentally. The doors between parallel universes are swinging open, and all kinds of people are falling through the rift. The multiverse is vast, and many Earths exist out there. But until now, the Doctor was one of the only people who could travel through them.
Now, all kinds of people are popping up in universes that aren't their own - superheroes & villains, talking animals, wizards & witches, werewolves, vampires...things that most people would have said were fictional. All of Creation is merging into one, and the Doctor - along with his band of new friends from other worlds - must figure out who or what is the cause of it before things break beyond repair.
